Root fascinate convert

I currently have a D1 rooted/OC/ with BBv0.5 and EVO theme, I plan on getting the fascinate finally in the next few days and was wondering if there are any similar roms/ themes available. Also how is the rooting process compared to the D1, I have rooted the droid using Command prompt as well as 1 click, is the fascinate pretty similar?

There are very few ROMs out right now, but expect that to change in the coming weeks especially with Froyo source out now.
