login problem from front page

When I login to my account from androidforums.com after it redirects me to the front page again it shows me as not logged in. As a result I can't go to my quicklinks and check my subscribed threads. However, if I click on a subforum it then shows me as logged in. This is really annoying. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've had that same issue, only if I logged out of a session and then later logged in. I remedied it by not logging out, just closing the browser or moving on to the next site I needed to go to.

Incidentally, when it was happening, when I came back after logging out, I found that just going to any AF site link on the (seeming) logged out front page showed me as logged in and everything was fine from there. In other words, you're not truly logged out; it appears to be a display glitch on the front page only.

I know, that is what I tried to describe in the OP.

Make sure there is no www in the URL.

..of the favorites/bookmark that brings the user here (just to clarify). ;)

The www in the address is like using the guest entrance, with the foyer and the butler and hat rack. Removing it is like using the family entrance, with the snifter of brandy on a tray and Rob offering it to us with a smile.
