Root Root Explorer Help.

So am I correct in thinking that I can not mod the fonts and what not for the notification bar with root explorer?

If I can what path do I take to get into those settings? I'm having a helluva time finding them.

you can but its a little difficult. there is an app in the market called "Type Fresh" Type Fresh ~ Android Application v0.9.3.6 By Pixelpod INTERNATIONAL | Tools

It makes it a helluva a lot easier to change the system fonts. just make sure you change

Clockopia.ttf
Droidsans-Bold.ttf
Drpodsans.ttf

all you have to do is put you font files on the sd card and use the program and change the 3 and you are good to go

K how about this then so we can try to narrow down the options. Is there an app to search within files and folders on the phone for a phrase?

i dont think so. you may be able to do it if you do a system dump to a pc and look through all the files but i dont think there is going to be one file that does the whole phone.

I wish I knew how to do a system dump. I know not one single file is going to hold all the settings for fonts and colors and what not, but to be able to see which file they originated on.

So, any direction you can point me for a guide or how to of a system dump?
