this guy is very confused...first of all he only paid me half the money. second he emailed me a couple days ago saying he was going to buy a different phone. he needs to decide what he is doing as he posts one thing here and emails something else which I have saved if I need for proof.

and who are you? he has opened a dispute on Paypal and yet is still asking for the phone.
Seems more like he is the one scamming me considering once he has the item there is nothing I can do about it. I told him I would refund the money and sell the phone to someone else cause this is bs now.

Wtf. I haven't opened a dispute on paypal! I paid you the $285 in full. And I haven't requested getting a different phone. Make sure you are not getting your sales confused. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Please just ship the phone already so I won't have to file a dispute.

Fine then, then both of you need to back your claims. I honestly don't know here who is right or wrong. For the record, your photo was not originally taken by you, and was lifted from a ebay auction.......
Either send me the phone or give me back my money. It's that simple! I'm not going to continue to argue back and forth with you. I have proof of payment, the usps tracking number that says the phone has not even shipped yet, and all emails and pms that describe the transaction in detail. Either send me the phone (which at this point I'm not even sure exists) and prove that you have sent it or refund my $285. If you choose not to carrry out one of these options, then I have no choice but to file a dispute with paypal, report you to the police, or whatever else I have to do to get my money back!
