Help Folder Question

I made folders on my home screen to better organize my apps but the apps I put in wont stay in the order that I put them in and they randomly reorganize. Is there any way that I can get them to stay in the order that I want?

Not that I've ever seen. I do understand what you're saying, but as far as I know the only way to do it is to put things into an empty folder in the order in which you wish them to appear.
