Help Videos on SF

I would like to upload videos from my computer to my SF. I'm using Salling to do the same thing with my music but was wondering what the easiest way is for videos?

Is there even a video player on the SF? What file formats will it recognize? This is a very important feature to me and I'm surprised it isn't very intuitive.

Thanks!

I always just mount the sdcard via the usb cable and transfer anything and everything that way. The SF has a video player yes, its in your app drawer if you are still stock. File formats is most of the usual suspects: MP4, 3GPP, H.264, DivX, Avi and Xvid. When I open the video player any and every video file I have anywhere on my sdcard shows up so I'd call it very intuitive.
