Got Replacement

Brand new with a SLCD screen though. No calibration issue so thats good. My old one was on a oneway street out the window. It was pretty unusable. I had to turn the screen off three times just to send a text. They just sent the phone without the back cover even. The dude that said his track was black is almost correct. It just turn that way after using for a while.

Did you send your old one in and then they sent this one back? Did they also tell you they'd repair or replace it?

Sending the old one back today. They sent the new one first.

Oh, when I called they just offered to repair mine without sending a replacement in, I asked if they could they pretty much said no though :/. Wonder if I send it in if I'll get a new one back or if they'll really just replace mine?

That's makes no sense because you should be able to get a replacement within a year. What is wrong with yours?

Heh, nothing to be honest, just kinda wanted a new N1. Think I should try giving them a call back see if I can get a different person who'll send me over a replacement?

Signal is much better with the new phone. I get 3g in dead spots now.
