Help Contacts disappeared

Hello,

i was wondering if anyone else had this problem that i have.

Suddenly some contacts disappeared from my Milestone after a synchronization.

However the weird thing is that when i added manually the number of the person, automatically it brought up the photo that i previously had of the contact!

Anyone know how this happened or experienced a similar thing?

ok found them, for some reason many contacts moved from my contacts in my google account...

Guys, this happens to me once a week...
does anyone know what might be the problem?

Contacts dissapear from contact list and favourite list. However when i dial with the phone number suddenly the contact with its name comes up...

Have you tried checking if maybe you have messed up viewing options in contacts?

Try an alternative dialler like Dialer one and see if they disappear from there.

It seems to me that you have set some display options in a strange way and contacts are not shown properly.

Besides, go to your google account and check the contacts there.

Thanks for the reply. Actually i am using dialler one and full screen caller id. I will stop the second one, maybe this is the one that messes the contacts.

In google these contacts are transfered from my contacts to other contacts, but I don't know why they are transfered there...

Good question. As I said I suspect some settings got corrupt.

If your contacts are already on Google's server, delete all of them from the phone and sync with Google again.
