Help Facebook picture upload memory issue?

First off I'm really confused about the storage low icon. I only have a few apps installed and I get that message all the time. So I uninstalled a few of the larger apps (which I shouldn't have to do) my friends have tons of apps and they don't have any memory storage low issues. I even bought a 16G SD card, but that seems useless. The only thing I can put on it is pictures.

Now it seems everytime I take a few pictures and upload them to facebook I get the memory storage low icon. Why? What can I do?

Clear all cache from all applications in menu, settings, manage applications

Do I have to go through each one individually? Can I clear all with one button?

Unfortunately yes, go into each app and click clear cache

I have already tried that doesn't work in my case apparently
