Just bought mine last week at Best Buy for $199. I called them and they will NOT price match even though I'm within my 30 days.
NOT happy about that at all.......
That really bites. Could you simply return your phone since it's within 30 days and the turn around and pick up the Incredible tomorrow? Kind of a pain, but $200 might be worth the trouble.
I'm really tempted to get this now, but I'm trying to decide between the Incredible, the Droid X, or one of the newer upcoming Samsung Continuum or HTC Merge.
That's what I would do (@ttran). If you're within the return period. Just return it (which voids your renewal) and then re-renew to get the new one free.
FYI: I called the store where I purchased the phone....they said they would NOT price match. Have had some trouble with those guys there so I called a different store and was told they WOULD pricematch. Problem solved I guess. Hopefully they will follow thru tomorrow.
I would imagine they will price match, you hold the upper hand. If not return it and purchase again...I doubt they want to go through that hassle.

Does anyone know if you can upgrade using a different phone on your family plans upgrade? I have my main line NE2 upgrade plus two other upgrades on phones my parents use. My idea was use one of their upgrades & save my NE2 in case something better comes out? Does anyone know if that's possible? Thanks in advance
Yes, upgrade their line and get the new phone. Then activate it on THEIR line (it seals the contract). Then, go to the verizon website, and "activate a new phone" on their line, and put their OLD phone back on their line.
Now, on your line, do the same thing but with the NEW phone. You're NE2 will still be available.
That's assuming the parents phone(s) are smartphones or have the data plan required for getting the DInc, right?
I'm sure you'll have to add the $30 monthly data plan to whatever phone number you upgrade to the DInc, which sorta defeats the purpose...
