Accessories Steinheil screen protectors are now available!

I also emailed CS a couple days ago about the full Invisible Shield option from them, and they replied:

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We are planning on releasing screen protectors for Samsung Fascinate; however, we do not have the exact date of release yet.
As of now, we are expecting our manufacturer to produce it in 4-6 weeks.

Not sure how canned of a response it is, but there ya go. I am trying to resist getting the Ultra Crystal screen protector out now so I can get the full coverage once it's out.

YAAAAYYYY! now I can take off the crap vzw one they gave me in my accessory package deal! well, that is until I order and recieve mine :)

quick question(s), I noticed in their instruction video and what comes in the package is in Korean? but their company is in L.A.? where does it get shipped from then? I don't know if want to pay a buttload of extra fees for shipping if it shipped outside of the US...

I use ther Seidio Ultra Crystal ones made for the Fascinate. They are awesome and I dont even know they are there. They cover the entire screen save the speaker and a little of the light sensors. Ive used these on all my phones. Awesome.

How easy are they to install? Right now I have a Zagg on my Fascinate and while it seems to offer a pretty good amount of protection, it has a "sticky" like feel when using the touch screen that I don't really like.

I don't want to buy another screen protector just to find out I am not better off than I am with what I have now.

I'm glad you like it! Was hoping the ultra crystal part was all that people have been talking about. I really love how your finger glides across the plain glass, would be sad if a screen protector took away from that.

Same here. Im still case-less and screen protector-less. I'm open to a decent option/alternative just havent found one yet. I'll be most curious on the reviews here.

They are super easy to install. Its a dry install so if you get any dust under the screen just use some tape to lift it and tap the dust away. Super easy and its like being naked. It took me about two min to install. Try them you wont regret it. Amazon sells them in singles. I purchased mine directly through seidio for the two pack. Best screens ever.

Halcyon, how is the reflective surface of this protector? Is it matte or does it reflect a lot, a little?

JP

I took Halcyon's advice and ordered the Seidio one too :) I like it a lot. Umm the screen protector is definitely not matte. Do you mean reflective when the screen is turned on or when off? when it's off it's like there is no protector there (or maybe a teeny hairline less reflective as if there isn't one.) I haven't tested it out in broad daylight yet, but under indoor lighting, the reflectiveness doesn't seem to interfere with how the screen looks. I even set it to the lowest brightness and had no problem viewing the screen.

I hoped that helped... and that I'm not too late on the info.:)

Thanks Uncreative! I haven't bought my fullscreen protector yet and will most probs go with Seidio now. I have the partial screen protector that I had bought along with the SF on day 1.

I took Halcyon's advice, too, and got the Seidio screen protector. It looks amazing. Almost like being naked and it is smooth as glass to the touch. It wasn't hard to apply, but I have to admit that I sort of messed up the first attempt to apply it but got it down pat the second time. Good thing I bought the 2-pack! I love how it covers the entire front surface. A HUGE upgrade from the one's Verizon sells.

Man, I am wondering if I should spring for the Seidio's. I am not sure if I like the ZAGG 100%. It definitely offers a lot of protection, but it still seems to have more friction than it should and it has like an "orange peel" affect. I wish I had known about this within the 45 day return window for ZAGG because then it would have been a no brainer.

Awesome! Glad you like them! I found that the Seidio protectors to be the smoothest so far. I like the fact that its as if nothing is there. The screen has no overt reflection. Its like the naked glass. Some protectors give a rainbow look, Seidios are crystal clear.

I completely agree. I bought Seidio's screen protector after reading about how popular their cases were. I was worried about losing the super smooth surface of the naked screen but I was pleasently surprised that it was almost as smooth as the glass. There is also no loss of screen image quality, it's very clear. I recommended them to all of my friends at work and everyone loves them.

I planned on getting the Innocase II as well after it came out, but I've yet to read a good review for them :(
