good afternoon, first off im a newb, but ive been lurking for the past two weeks. ive rooted my phone with unrevoked, and i think im about ready to flash myns 2.2 rom with kings 11 kernal. before i go ahead id like to make sure all of my ducks are in a row... ive done a nand backup with clockwork mod recovery, synced all my apps also. saved my contacts on my sd card. ive been reading threads and watching tutorial videos all week, id like to ask a couple newb questions first....

1)do i have to partition my sd card before i put the rom and kernal on it?
2)do i need to download the stock rom and kernal incase i want to revert, or should the nand backup do the trick?
3)do i need to flash google apps, or will myns rom come with it?
4)do i have to delete the rom and kernal zips from my sd card once ive flashed them?
5)thanks guys for the help, any pieces of advice?

1. not that I am aware of
2. you should be fine with nand b/u you can always put stock rom on sd card later
3. check the myns page
4. not necessarily. i keep a copy just in case the phone needs reflash
5. yw...flashing is easy enough. have fun. try lots of rom and kernel combos till you find something you like

1. No
2. No but you can DL and keep on PC
3. two-point-two comes with google apps
4. You don't have to but I do and keep a copy on the PC
5. Try different ROM's and themes... My 2 favorite ROMS are two-point-two and CM6... My favorite theme is Riptide 9's on two-point-two
