Help People can't hear me

I keep getting complaints that people can't hear me because my voice is too quiet however I can hear phone calls just fine. This started happening when I upgraded to Froyo. I wiped the phone but that didn't seem to help. Is there anything else I can do? Is there a mic volume I'm missing? Help?

do you have a case on your phone? are you constantly covering the mic when you hold your phone? i dont think there is a mic volume that you are missing unfortunately...
