WOW! You weren't kidding about the first boot. It's been about 3 minutes now and it is still on the UD boot screen. It keeps flashing the UD image, but hasn't fully booted yet.
I think I'll give it a couple more minutes and if it still hasn't booted, I'll revert to my nandroid and try again later.
Yeah it took forever to got off the M and then forever to get off the bootscreen... but mine DID eventually come up. I had to turn off LauncherPro's 3D app tray, very buggy. And I still haven't figured out the LED notifications settings. Not much new that I can see... a few camera tweaks and stuff though...
got everything restored and this rom couldn't be more AMAZING. My best quadrant so far is 1648 and the boot took about 2-3 minutes just from the ultimate droid part. settings are near the same except for some cool addons. I haven't finished charging my phone back up so I will post sometime tomorrow night about the battery life. Try chevys 1.2 ulv. My phone hasn't lagged at all since I put it on. OMG this rom has officially took rom of the year title from UD 1.
Wow, I loved UD 1.0, but 2.0 blows it out of the water!! This phone is flying. I'm running it with Slayhers 1.2ghz kernel with the UD overclocking tool. So far with extensive use, temperatures seem low as well. I too, had to turn off 3D in my app drawer, but that's irrelevant to me at this point. To turn it off just go to preferences/advanced settings/un-check 3d app drawer. Great ROM right here.
ok 2 things that are a little weird. First off the incoming call screen is so small. I don't understand why he didn't stretch the screen more. Second I love the new call screen when you are on a phone call however the mute button is directly in the middle now so i'm afraid my cheek will start muting people more. For a while I would hang up on people accidently with my cheek, so this might be a concern. Otherwise this is by far the best ROM I have ever flashed.
