Twitter crashing?

Everytime I setup twitter on my Revue and go to sync contacts it force closes? I've tried to reset to factory and it still does it once I setup twitter and try to sync and log in. Anyone have any suggestions?

I was doing some tweeting the other night from mine and no issues. What do you mean by contact sync? I just logged in and started tweeting maybe I am missing a step but would like to try everything you do step by step to see if the error can be repeated. It may be a faulty box but if that is the only problem I find that a little strange, are you wired or wireless?

Well what I mean by contact sync is when it ask you to sync your existing contacts and I say yes and then try to log in it just force closes. Every other app works fine so how could it be the box? I am wireless?

Maybe try wired but i don't recall the contact sync option I might have just hit it and passed. There could be a bad sector in the flash storage causing it. Without being able to do a wipe or recovery that could somehow check it the factory reset probably only wipes data not the applications. You may have to wait for an update to the app or possibly return it. I would contact Logitech directly since the box is brand new it may be a bug that they are not aware of too. Do you have a lot of people you follow, or maybe a lot of followers perhaps its an issue with that. I use mine wired maybe give that a try. Without some type of error reporting its hard to narrow it down, thats the one thing I think android needs is better end user error reporting.

I think he means the app force closing. Not twitter actually crashing.

and yes it force closes on my box too.

Hasn't FC'd on my sony box yet.. Have you tried with out checking the sync contacts option?

yea i tried deleting the account rebooting the box and trying another option

(i have the sony box too.)

however when I add twitter to my side bar I can read tweets
