Official Stock Call Screen Patch for LFY v1.95

Liquid asked that I make a patch to install the stock call screen on LFY v1.95, for those who don't like the MIUI dialer in the original. Yes, it's stock black. It's likely you're seeing no issues because the smoked theme for 1.9 would have installed the themed apps from 1.9 -- so you don't have the MIUI dialer.

GLD, whats the chances of a patch for the MIUI dialer? I am running the REVOTheme and I have commented twice to Liquid how much I like the new dialer however, I loose it once I flash the REVOTheme! Whats the chances of getting it back??

Open both zips and take everything out of the update and switch with what's in the theme. Reflash. That should work

Thanks for the input, I have never done this and would appreciate a little more guidance if possible??

You say open both zips and take everything out of the update...my guess is "both zips" you mean, the REVOTheme zip and the zip of the actual ROM correct? I'll play around with it but would like a little more clarification, thank you for the info so far!

Edit: A specific file name would be helpful but, like said, i will play with it and see what i come up with! I also have the option (because I just found the REVOTheme font package by itself) I may just use the stock Black Theme that Liquid has implemented in the actual ROM and install the font...since its the font that im after anyway, right Liquid! Lol

Ill have to get on the pc later to disect it, but basically I just would open up the updated zip and the theme zip. Compare the ingredients of both taking note of the locations.
The update should obly have a few files and there probably under system/app. No sure the names yet either but.

It may flash over top of the theme as is. Have you try that?

No I havent however, I did revert back to my "base ROM" and flashed the REVOFonts ONLY, and I have the dialer back as well as the font I want!
All is good except, right now im experiencing multiple FCs and Reboots...I dont think this has to do with flashing a Font set but, im also trying out different Kernels..currently on Slayhers 1225...damn near blew up on the 1275! But thanks and if you want to check into it, it would be interesting to me to see the outcome however, not needed. Thank you!

I flashed it right on top of the theme and it works. I liked the update version of the dial pad but not the connection screen it lost the rings around the buttons coming from smoked.. so I am using update plus smoke's connection screen.

It is a ROM that was made for the Nexus One (pretty sure) by this Chinese company, name unknown however, it has since been ported over to various phones and such...its pretty popular if you like the iPhone..ish look and feel! I have and currently using the browser of this ROM, it is pretty dang fast!! Credit goes to (cant remember name) but someone over at XDA for all the Translation, took a lot of work but, im having no issues with it...its really cool actually and did I mention fast??

I am running 1.96 with REVO theme. Would I go into the 1.96ROM Update.zip in system/app and copy the Phone.apk into the same location (and overwrite) in the REVO 1.95 Update.zip then flash that?
