We have yet to see the final specs of Samsungs Google experience phone. we have a few known tidbits, but nothing concrete either. it's rumored to have a curved screen, which i think would be weird at first, but i think would ultimately be awesome. but what are your thoughts on the specs? do you think it'll really push the boundaries, like the nexus one did? here are a few things i "THINK" will be included with the nexus s...
1- a faster, more powerful processor. with the market being flooded with 1GHz processors already, they need to set themselves apart from the competition, and this phone would be perfect for the extra push. my guess, at least a 1.2GHz processor, though i know samsung has been working on a dual core processor too...
2- unbreakable sAMOLED screen. they already mentioned having the sAMOLED2 in the phone. i am willing to bet it it either a higher resolution, to match or beat the iphone4 resolution, or it has the unbreakable AMOLED casing that samsung has showcased for up months ago. or both. that would be reason enough to get the phone!
3- and this is reason enough to get this phone.... STOCK ANDROID. we have all rooted our galaxy s phones, and shown what this phone is truly capable of doing without touchwiz. the phone is amazing as it is, and even without the extra power, if our phones were running stock andoid 2.2, it would blow away the rest of the phones... and the nexus s is coming with stock 2.3 installed. also note, it's a google experience phone. samsung is simply supplying the hardware, and google will deal with the updates like with the nexus one.
in all, the nexus s i think will set the next standard for what phones can really do. but in order to do that, they need to push the boundaries once again, like the original nexus one did.
