So far the only Asian version to receive the update is Far East Tone in Taiwan. The rest should be coming out sometime in the near future.
If you don't want to wait for Acer, you can find an upgrade bin here-
Acer Liquid & Liquid E ALL ROMs bin extract collection - Android @ MoDaCo (remember gwilo's warning about Rogers/Fido bins, probably smartest to stay away from those) and install the update yourself-
http://androidforums.com/acer-liquid-e/165252-acer-liquid-e-phone-guide-info-updated-9-1-10-a.html (firmware upgrade section in my guide, note that the only official bins are 4.002.14.EMEA.GEN1 and 4.003.14.AAP.FET. I am using the 4.504b leak and have found it to be very stable)
@flirtvirus: Acer is NOT releasing an upgrade for the A1 (256MB of RAM). However, there are bins on that MoDaCo page which I linked which are capable of working on the A1. The ONLY way to get a completely stable version of FroYo is to install one of those bins.
@Angellus: I don't know much about the Liquid E Ferrari, I'll ask around then post back.
