Help GMail and Market Issues

I'm assuming there are many issues right now with Google. Most of the time, I am unable to check my gmail nor download anything on the market. I am constantly having to turn my phone off and back on to get these working. Sometimes 5+ times a day. I have all of the sync options turned on and my phone still struggles to sync my gmail. This is getting quite frustrating. Anyone else having the same issues? I know a lot of people have talked about the market issues, but I haven't heard anything about anyone else having the same problems with their gmail.

No one else is having these same issues? Weird...not sure what to do about it. I've tried clearing both cache and data from gmail, calendar and market. Doesn't really work, just end up with the same problem over and over.

I've had issues with downloading from the Market, and this fixed it.
