Hi Guys,
Before i start please be as impartial as you can be.

My Girlfriend has the X10 mini Pro but have been having no end of problems which i kept asuring her would be fixed by upgrading to 2.1.

2.1. has come and gone and the problems are still there with even more now added.
My question is which is the best hand set? My thoughts are the wildfire as i have the desire with NONE of the problems my GF is facing.
Christmas is coming and i am willing to buy her this phone if it will be worth it.

How reliable is this phone? I know the processor of the Wildfire is only 530 (around) and the sony is 600, would this be noticable?
What other diferences are there?

I also know there is no live wallpapers, anything missing from this handset,
Can you (digital) zoom in the camera app?

Sorry for the long post but please give me honest answers,

WHICH IS BETTER

thanks

My wife has the X10 mini (not the pro though) and son has the Wildfire. The wildfire wins hands down, a fact that even my wife admits as she is not happy with the X10 (although she is actually happier after the 2.1 upgrade). The wildfire is a much more robust phone and, has already been mentioned the only real issue with it is that the screen resolution is poor in contrast with the Desire. If you've never seen the desire screen then the Wildfire will feel and behave like a top of the range phone.

Its funny because everyone i know with an X10 (big or small) hate it. We went to play with the wildfire at the weekend and compared it to both my Desire and my GF's x10. In my eyes the wildfire is the best phone out of the x10 and wildfire.
Looks like my GF is set on keeping her X10 as she is used to it and now doesnt want to change.

Thanks for all your help and advice guys. Women lol

i cant afford the desire and i only use the wildfire for texting and phone calls i hate my mums x10 mini even though it has a capacitive touch screen and 600mhz processor its slow and the screen is very buggy i think. Also the camera ont he X10 being the same and the wildfire is Very poor i have compared picture and you can tell the difference a mile off. with Froyo out for the wildfire there are big changes.
i would get the wildfire its easy to use well equipped and defo worth the money.
