Help has anyone experienced this if so plz help

Ok so I was having problem with my evo screen not responding keyboard not appearing so I take it to Sprint tech says we can fix it come back in a hour I come back to find out all they did was wipe the phone now I'm having even.more problems apps not working and phone freezes up every 20 min whether I use it or not

Go back to the sprint store and show them how incompetent they are.

As stated...take it back and show them you are still having issues. Did it imediately exhibit issues or did u add apps after leaving and then it started again? It could be an app causing your issue.

I would also leave out any claims/ statements of their ignorance or incompetence when discussing the matter with the techs lol.
