I lost my Vibrant at Disneyland, and Latitude says its in Little Tokyo.. so its gone gone..

Since T Mobile wants 500.. Im thinking about bailing.

I have a Moto Cliq as a back up phone... its terrible. so should I

A: Wait for a Nexus S and pay 500 plus for it?

B: find a used Vibrant?

C: Ditch T Mobile, and get the Samsung Intercept on Virgin Mobile for 250, and cut my monthly bill in more than half (90 to 40)?

I have read terrible things about the intercept, but could it really be much worse than the cliq? It had a 667 ARM Processor instead of the 528 qualcom in the g1 and the cliq..

Any input would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

First things first... if you haven't done this already report it stolen to T-Mo and have them blacklist the imei of the phone. If Latitude is telling you that the phone is in Little Tokyo then you can bet that someone is using it... and that could cost you money if they're making international calls.

If you really don't like the Cliq go on eBay to see what might be available for T-Mo in your region. Since you just bought the Vibrant, you're on the hook to T-Mo for the term of your contract. To switch to Virgin Mobile will mean that you'll have to pay an early term fee at T-Mo in addition to the cost of the new phone and service.
