is it just me or are all the recent android "superphones" way over hyped? i'm late to become a n1 fan, only had my n1 for about 3 months and was hesitant to buy a phone that came out in january thinking i was buying old technology. however, all these newer phones have roughly the same processor speed and are minimally better than the n1 in one area or another, but inferior in other ways. not to mention, the n1 isn't burdened by any of the overlay software and gets all the updates first.
i'll give the galaxy s phones the only thing that seems to be truly an upgrade, a really nice screen. i have to admit the super amloed is amazing. however, those phones are plagued with so many other issues. had one and returned it before buying a used n1.
i guess i'm surprised that the n1 is coming up on its first birthday and still one of, if not the best android phone out there. i'm hoping this is the lull before the storm, because nothing on the market really impresses me and it would be nice to see a jump in android progress soon.
gotta love the marketing of some of these phones. you would think these phones will cook you breakfast every morning and take out the garbage for you!
