My Top 5:
Remember the Milk
TweetDeck
Handcent SMS
Tiny DVR
Astro File Manager

and a 6th for fun:
Move it

I'll be curious to see others since I am always on the hunt for good apps. :D

Hey, grafc, have you tried IP Cam Viewer? I tried Tiny DVR (hoping it really would act like a DVR :p, but it didn't :(). Its a nice app too and seems to work well. But IP Cam Viewer is awesome...the app developer, Robert Chou is constantly adding support for new cameras, etc. Just wanted to give you a heads-up.

Cheers!

Launcher Pro Plus has to be at the top of my list. I purchased the "plus" so that I could size icons and widgets on peripheral screens. Launcher Pro Docks and Icons complete the customization package, for me, with the exception of "colors," an app that allows for selecting a solid color of your screen (I use black).

Screen Off (by Seltzer, there are several apps by that name).

Better Cut.

Live Scores.

MyCast Weather.

I love ADW Launcher. Sick amount of customization for your home screen. And free, which is nice. (buy an add-on to support the dev. He deserves it.)

Note Everything Pro for lists, checklists, and note taking. Bought the pro version for the ability to stick notes in the notification bar and checklists.

Android Agenda Widget for keeping track of important dates, tasks, and work stuff. It displays multiple calendars and my Google Tasks when its integrated with...

Dato GTasks. Nuff said.

Quick Profiles. Allows control over volume, ringtones, screen brightness with one click. Handy when going from home to the cubicle to a meeting. Also, I can finally switch my humorous work ringtone and a sedate home ringtone with a touch. The work ringtone scared my kids (its the Gorillaz "M1A1" sample from Dawn of the Dead...)

Probably:

Tweetdeck
Evernote
Kindle
Lastpass
Dropbox
Google Voice
Dropbox
Quick Settings
Vlingo
ESPN Score Center
Titanium Backup
SMS Backup+
Calltrack

(Sorry, I can't limit myself to 5. I want all of these. Titanium, though, only because I rooted.)

And you obviously must really love Dropbox :D :p ;) ...(an app so nice, you list it twice :))
