I would use Google Voice, much easier when flashing different roms;) Download from the market first, then set GV up on your computer

Also great to make international calls for free, I call a friend in Canada for free 4 or 5 times a week

You can also use Youmail, I will post a video on that later on today, that is what I use for my voice mails and no need to pay for checking my messages using my Sprint minutes, and you can customize your message to each contact if you want, this way they are each greeted with there own custom message

Will i be able to use it as my default voicemail. Like, will it use my current cell number. I guess what i'm asking is if my mom call my number, will she be able to get my voicemail and i get a notification like the old standard one.

Are there any costs that accrue with this YOUMAIL? Will it affect my Sprint Minutes?

Yes all calls to your cell phone number that are not answered will be automatically sent to your Youmail account, simple, free and easy, I have been using it for over a year and new issues, and you can enjoy flashing as many Roms as you desire and never have to worry about your Voice Mails, enjoy

Yep which is why I love it, LOL :D
when you mentioned that, i thought you could call for free to every country! I dont have anyone to call in Canada... *sigh* lol

so, i know this is a stupid question, but is making calls to Canada from the US and vice verse considered international even though the US and Canada have the same country code?

Canada is considered an international call even though we only use a 1 in front of the area code, also if you want I can find you some friends in Canada LOL
