New adw launcher

So there was an update to this today.
Not only did it nuke all my settings but now the home / app drawer button is something that looks like it came off a windows box.

Anyone know how to change them back to what they were?
I can't seem to figure it out.

I don't really like the update myself, I accidentally dragged the contacts icon overtop of the ugly drawer icon and now I have no drawer (I can only access it via swipe now), and the icon stays no matter what theme you use.

i did the same exact thing!! i just uninstalled it then installed it again

I haven't checked the updated version out yet, but v.1.2.0 on my Hero has a Reset ADW option at the bottom of the ADW Settings menu. This should restore the defaults, after which previous settings can be restored via the Backup and restore option.

Yep. The new version has options to both restart and reset.

I tried the reset and it did not restore the "App" button in the middle... I even tried to restore from a back up. No dice.

Going to un/reinstall now.

Might try Launcher Pro, too.

I am pretty sure it tells you how to fix the app drawer button right in the Update Notes...but all you need to do is make a Custom Shortcut, Choose Open App Drawer as the Activity, choose an icon from Icon Pack, and drag it to the middle of the dock.

All of the themes I use have updated to the new change.

I'm gonna keep using launcherpro.

At least with LP he follows that K.I.S.S. rule. Keep it simple, stupid.

i longpressed on my main screen, created an custom shortcut that leads to "Open/close App Drawer" (can be found under "Launcher Actions") and dragged that into where the app drawer icon usually is.

*edit nevermind but damn that thing is hard to find in the market, theres like 15 pages of themes.
