Root Custom notification icons

Ok i searched for a thread I saw last night, not sure which set of forums it was on, but I cant find it now.

I am looking for a website that changes your notification bar icons for you.

You upload the framwork.apk to them and select the set of icons you want and all the colors and stuff and then they send you a new file that you flash in after you flash a ROM.

The website was something that really didnt make sense, and would never be able to figure it out, even through google search. I installed Win 7 today and didnt check my history before I did it.

I remember the thread was some guys talking about how they got new icons, and another guy was like "I just go here _________"

anyone able to help??

WOW, it was alot of searching all kinds of threads and about 2 dozen google searches, and then links from about 4 different threads to finally find the link. so just in case anyone else needs it..

Would it be possible for someone to post a tutorial on how to use this? I've used it before, but can't seem to get it to work. When I flash, it says "verification failed" or "unable to install"
