Help wont startup

Big problem, I was using my phone and it ended up crashing and stalling.

Took phone battery out and put back in to restart the unit. Now on startup it shows me the galaxy s gt1m900 scrren, then turns off. If the power is plugged in, it will loop continiously.

No clue how to get it back up and running, I did manage to get to the "downloading - do not turn off phone" screen but thats as different of a result i could get

any ideas?

Hold power + volume up + home buttons to initiate recovery mode. Perform a factory reset and try again.

did you try taking out the sim and the sd card and the battery, placing the battery back in (after waiting 5 min) and trying again? i've had problems with blackberry in the past where the sim for whatever reason was having issues getting a connection and the device would shut itself off ...

awesome so you have a nice expensive paper weight like i do. congratulations. if i figure out how to get mine fixed i'll post here. i've not given up yet...

Take it to samsung service centre and say it wont boot up. They will fix it under warranty Of course dont tell them you were trying to change anything. Just say i dont know what happend
