Root So, for me, miui has trumped myns warm and cm6.

I like how unified settings are for most programs. Settings for everything is split into something like common, personal, system and programs. The dialer says outbound for 16 seconds or inbound for 25 minutes. It has settings for nearly everything that I could use for QuickSettings in the notification bar drop down. It is bright and cheery and has light colors, unlike myns which is dark and gloomy. I also like that i can have the battery meter just be one continuous green line across the very top of the screen. its much less.. hectic? than with a percentage or otherwise.

It's definitely preference but if you want to hear mine, I'm going back as soon as the ROM gets a little bit ironed out. It still has some minor instability and quarks.

I loved the first release but it had so many issues it was almost unusable. I just tried the latest release and ALL of it was resolved save for a few more tiny ones. So it's got great support, it's really fluid and just a pleasure to use. The most outstanding quality? My battery life was MUCH better with it.

At the moment, I oddly enough get less than par service and often have completely unsatisfactory data speeds. So I'm back with Myn's Warm and while it's pretty solid itself I do miss the style and feel of MIUI tremendously.

If you don't like iOS or the idea of using a near rip-off of the system, MIUI wouldn't be for you.

Well, I was a big fan of IOS for 3 years when I had Iphones, and, even after Jailbreaking them all, they were still boring to me..Now, the MIUI rom is out and it looks like a Iphone that hasn't been jailbroken, so, for me, that would be taking a giant step back.
I also didnt like that some of the stuff was still in chinese, and the fact it was really not a complete ROM; I last tried it about 3 weeks ago, and I see recently it has come a long way, but between the Ultimate Droid ROM, which IMO is the best ROM out there now, and the nightly CM6 to play with there is no compelling reason for me to bother with trying to learn a IOS type interface again..
It is popular with alot of people, though

I am an admitted flashoholic, I was curious what you like about that ROM say vs. Myn or Fresh? Any drawbacks for TUD?

Thanks Charles

well, first of all, Sense is boring to me, although I have Myns as a nandroid to use when I feel like sense..
The Ultimate Droid ROM is wicked fast, never lags, slows down, force closes, or anything like that, unlike lots of the recent CM6 stuff, including RC2 and the latest nightlys, which I find tend to lag and slow down after awhile..
Plus, lots of cool features from both CM6, and Sense, plus some unique ones that you dont get in either rom, like built in overclocking, and more..
I keep flashing the latest cm6 nightlys, but after a day or so, I am going back to Ultimate Droid..there are tweaks, and a theme or 2 you can add as well, so, at least for now, this is the #1 ROM in my mind...check it out.....
