2 issues i noticed right away...first, my apps didn't load directly from market like they normally do, had to use titatnium (not a huge deal). secondly, the open messaging on the lockscreen doesn't work, it does nothing. the phone works fine, but not the messaging. I had to change the sensitivity to 3 so that my other gestures wouldn't interfere.

anyone have these issues?

I could not get the apps to load, tried to sync my gmail and could not do that either. Stuck with nuttin'. Only rom that I ever had trouble loading on my phone. I don't know where to go from here except maybe install over 2.1.

Edit: Installed over 2.1, having trouble with 3G connection. It is sometimes will go off, reboot fixes. Maybe a install problem but I cannot install it properly. Still confused why it would not load up my gmail and the apps.

Does anyone know why we went from 2.1 to 2.3? Where is 2.2?

2.2 is synonymous with Android 2.2 (Froyo), so it was skipped. At least that's what I heard through the grape vine.

Ever since installing 1.0.0 I've just been flashing over top without wiping any partitions. Haven't had a glitch yet.

So far, 2.3.0 is acting as expected (smooth) Unfortunately, I haven't had any time to check anything new. Maybe this afternoon...

Now to put it through its paces but looking like a good, solid ROM. My only issue is the battery indicator... what is up with that? Oh well, all in the name of progress

Installed without wiping and so far, so good!

I really, really miss my red battery icon!!!!! Makes me want to scream about how it was red one day and the very next day it is now white!!!!

Just kidding, I was really just giving everyone a hard time about it. Like I said in the other thread, I don't care who starts the thread, I just want the .zip. To be honest, I got ready for bed, decided to check one last time and it was there. So, I clicked download from my phone and went to bed. I just finished flashing it this morning.

I went into UD settings and looked at the mod version, and it shows as 2.1.

but work now that I set it to handcent it's working just fine

I cannot personally speak for the alternate links in this thread, but I can assure you that the OP is linked to UD 2.3.0. I would say just try again.
