Just wanted to share this one... TeamViewer Download has a nice app for remote controlling your pc or anyone who lets you through your phone... and its all free for personal use 
For any pc you want to access 24/7 you just install the main software on that pc or mac.
If someone needs you to help them out they just run the "instant customer quick support link" IT doesnt install anything on there pc but gives you full access.
If you want to do a presentation for anyone to watch they just click the "online presentation Quick join link" once again nothing has to install on the peoples connecting pc.
Im just surprised to see all these options for free personal use... so thought i would share..
