Which companies roll out android updates the fastest

I really want to know which company is the fastest at rolling out android updates, therefore i have included a poll. Of course I'm not including the Google nexus one/S.

Definitely not Samsung.

HTC would do quite well here. I think in comparison.
However, Samsung do have the edge here as they have been in close contact with google to get the Nexus S up and running so it could be Samsung this time round.

I think it is important to consider not just the phone maker, but the carrier it is on as well.

My experience with Samsung is that they don't give 2 craps about your update. They do at least SAY it's coming. Then they push it back month after month, after month, after month. No joke.

Not in Europe luckily
