Help No Voice Mail notifications

Hi, loving my EVO, except for one thing? I never receive a Voicemail pending notification. No icon, no indicator nothing. When I call to check, I can have a ton that I never knew were there. Anyonoe else have this or tell me how to fix? thanks

Those steps are a good start, however, if none of those work, before you even bother calling Sprint Customer Service, check to see if the number 9016 is listed in your "blocked texts" list.

You can manage your blocked text list on your account on Sprint.com (under preferences). If the number 9016 appears as "blocked", you will never receive VM notifications. Unblock it and your issue will be resolved.

Thanks, I actually thought about this after I posted, and cleared 110 vm's ... I went into Applications/Manage/Voicemail and cleared the data. Called myself and left a message and it beagn working again. I've now also followed both of your advice's and it's all good I hope ... Thanks!
