Root Question, before I remove the bloatware

I'm tempted to remove the bloatware that Virtuous disabled. I want to do this in order to free up some space on the internal storage (the 748MB partition). Before I do this, I just want to confirm something;

If I wanted to restore my phone to factory settings for any reason (return, sell, etc.), would I have to simply install an official RUU, unroot, and turn S-On? Doing this would restore the Verizon bloat, correct? I just want to make sure that I'm not permanently getting rid of this bloat. Sounds like a dumb question, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

If you are ever going to restore to stock, you don't need to worry about anything. You will simply be reinstalling the stock ROM/RUU, which contains all the stuff untouched. Just make sure you actually know what you are removing is not needed. Most of it takes up very little space so you wont gain much by deleting it. Which is why most people just move it rather than delete it.

Also, you won't need to turn S-on. When you install the official RUU it will be unrooted but you will still have S-off. This is what I did to get the last update.

he's talking about if he wants to return it to Verizon, in that case he would want to turn s-on.
And you turn S-on BEFORE flashing any stock PB31IMG.zip or running the ruu. The S-on file has to be flashed through clockwork recovery.
The easiest way to return to stock is to follow the steps here:

Just use Root Explorer and create an apps.disabled folder and move all your unused apps into that file. It disables them but they can be restored easily

This is what I wanted to know, thanks. The apps that Virtuous disables by default only add up to about 10MB. So deleting those won't give me a worthwhile amount of storage.

No need, Virtuous has it set up like this by default. I was looking to see if there were any repercussions for deleting, since I have no desire to ever use them. The only time I'd care to restore the bloat is if I needed to make the phone look factory again, IE, if I were to sell it.
