Can anyone help me... i recently lost my samsung galaxy s and my insurance sent through a new one however when i turn the phone on i get an error message "sim network unlock pin" im with orange and they cant seem to help me, they keep putting it down to a faulty sim...they are now sending me my third sim! im getting really fed up as i have been with out a phone for over a month, who do i need to speak to about this or how do i get it resolved once and for all?
