Has anyone ever had issues w/ this? I backed up all my apps before starting remove any of them and see that they are all backed up. When I go to restore, everything seems to process fine but nothing ever changes. I've tried rebooting to see if that's all that was needed but nothing. Any suggestions?

We are here to help :) Only we are not sure what you mean by "Root Manager"? I have never heard of that app so I did a quick search in the market and found Root Manager by CommaBit. Is that the app you are using?

It is. I'm starting to think I should have gone with a different app now like Titanium.

True. I think Titanium Backup is going to be the most widely used and therefor have the most community support because we all use it. But that doesn't do you much good in your current situation. Hopefully somebody that uses that app will see this and be able to help.
