Accessories What screen protection do you use?

Well I have had my phone for about 3 months give or take half or so. I first had a screen protector that was purchased from verizion but it drove me crazy that I could see the edge of it on my screen. It was just not big enough. Within a week I took it off and now this much time later I am looking for a great full phone protector. What I mean is it covers the full face of the phone where I can not see any lines around the screen. My case will hide whatever edges might show around the phone if any.

the other one is anti-fingerprint which is matte finished. I never used this one but heard its kinda blurry compared to crystal.
And, compared to Zagg, this one feels like same as glass, you won't notice you have screen protector on your device, cuz it doesn't bother any feeling or function but you still have good protection on it. I don't like the rubbery orange peel feeling of Zagg. probably okay for the back if you want some grip, but I use amzer silicone jelly case and my SF feels secure and safe. :D

SGP Ultracrystal screen protector

Right now, I don't have anything on the screen part, but I do have the Zagg max protection thing on the back of it. It's alright, in my opinion, but could be better (I can link you to my full rant/review of it if you're really curious).

I'm currently waiting for the Incredible Shield option with the ultra crystal protector from SGP. I emailed them on October 21st about it, and they said they are planning on releasing them, but it'll take about 4-6 weeks - so in theory, a couple more weeks to go >.<. What's really annoying me is that they have released such options for the Epic and the Tab! What the crap SGP, there can't be that few of us using a popular phone on a popular network.

Agreed. and also they have ULTRA SILKE silicone case for Vibrant. this package includes crystal screen protector, too. i twitter and email them to make same case for fascinate, but they just ignore all my comments. why hate fascinate so much? SGP.. their silicone case is the best I've seen so far. we have to take actions!

I ordered the Zagg Invisible Shield for this phone. Had it on my Touch Pro 2 and it worked like a dream. I like that fact that it covers the entire phone for protection, yet doesn't add anything to the overall size of the phone. I would like to find a screen protector that gives me more of a 'glass' feel, but IMO that is worth losing for the protection that the Zagg offers.

Edit**After watching the SGP video, I might have to consider it once it becomes available. Not willing to risk a potential scratch on the screen while I wait though so I will still be using my Zagg protector until I read some reviews on here...

Ya, it is out of stock. I just installed the Zagg and it fit perfectly. I like the fact that it helps to keep the phone from sliding. I do like the idea of the Crystal protector, but for now I will deal with the Zagg on the screen. I know that I won't be removing the invisible shield from the back if for no other reason than to help keep it from sliding.

Just put the sgp crystal on and not yet sure what I think. It is cut a bit smaller than the phone so you can actually see the line around the phone if you look. I do however like it much better than the screen protector verizion offers. I will do a review in the next few days with my opinions. I am talking to sgp about reviewing more of thier screen protectors so hopefully I will get the no finger print one.

I got the realook from Amazon, two for $10.99 with free shipping. Overall, I'm pleased with it because it covers the screen completely and has a cutout for the speaker strip at the top of the phone. Getting two worked well because the wife also has a SF.

They gave me a 10% off Amazon coupon (expires 12/31/2010) for anyone else who's interested in this or any realook product on Amazon: 2ZDLV2W5

I have the Seidio Ultimate screen guard, which is identical to the SGP crystal but only $6.95 shipped from Ebay

I have 2 complaints:
1) SAmoled screens were developed to produce the image as close to the surface as possible, so the image appears to actually be on the surface rather than behind glass. Any screen protector diminishes this effect (although image is still closer to the surface than an LCD).
2) Clear screen protectors smear easier than the glass itself due to oils in the skin. So it needs wiped clean more often with the screen protector on.

I bought a screen guard because I could see tiny micro-scratches on the screen (when held to a light with the screen off) after a couple weeks of being kept in my pocket. The screen guard hides these and makes sure I won't get any more.

I have used Zagg as well as sgp ultra crystal. right now the sgp is on. i like the feel of the sgp. i got two protectors in the pack HOWEVER, one of them appears to have been pulled from the backing allowing dust to get on it before i even applied it. they want me to take a pic of it and send to them for a replacement. let me ask you this, how do you take a pic of dust on something clear? yea not to easy. i have taken about 50 pics and cannot get it to show up. i will email them back letting them know. if they dont want to do anything about it then, i will look else were. just a fyi for you guys. i will update when i hear back.

I received an email today informing me sgp will be sending me a replacemt protector. Good customer service. Took a few days, but I bet they are not very big, therefor only having a handful of cs reps. Just an update.
