You should be receiving an email soon. From there is a link that you click on to confirm the invite. Google has stated that the invitation process has a delay. You'll get it shortly.

No problem. Just spreading the wealth as someone did for me. I actually had the invites since the beginning of November. Just managed to have time to actually send them out. Enjoy.
