cheers will check it out, gameloft game but doesnt show up on direct tab link but they have just added spiderman hd, nice controls for a touch screen, one day something like mario kart/wipeout etc will sell the tab as a games console........until that day will keep killing green pigs, got to love that 3 star screen

If you have the UK version of the Tab did you not notice in the Samsung Apps list 'Need for Speed Shift'.
It was on my list a couple of weeks ago and as such I installed for my Granddaughter to play.
Need for Speed Shift is probably the best Racing game available on Android at the moment.

If it's not showing in your Samsung Apps list you can still obtain it from the Market.
It's currently being offered for as little as $0.99. See here for details.

Do you not notice the big "***Samsung Galaxy Tab not yet supported - Coming soon***" in the description for the version of Shift available on the standard market? From the reviews, it doesn't appear it works on any Galaxy device.

Therefore, you probably shouldn't recommend people be downloading it right now.

The only issues I see are in the comments from individuals with an SGS saying it does not work.
The link I gave was for information only.
You need to go direct to the official Market to download the correct version.
Read properly and you will notice the AppBrain's version is 1.0.57 whereas the official Markets version is 1.0.58 sbf again makes no mention of the Tab.

All I can say is the game runs absolutely fine on my stock unchIned Tab.
I take it the game is not showing in your Samsung Apps list!

I assure you that at least in America, the NFS: Shift app in the official App Market makes it very plainly obvious that the Galaxy Tab is not yet supported. This is made all the sadder by numerous people moaning in the comments section about how it doesn't install and run properly on their tab. No **** haha. Also, us American's don't have the Samsung app store; which is strange because we are literally one of the only countries without it. I am guessing a layer of bureaucracy and BS is keeping is from getting it, which is sad because supposedly it has some pretty awesome stuff for our tabs.

I'm going to see if I can find an .apk of the version you have, which supposedly works. I would really like them to put a working tablet version on a market available to us however; I am itching to give them money so I can buy it.....but if they are going to make that impossible for us......

That is a shame that you can't get it in the US. I got it from Samsung Apps and it's absolutely brilliant on the Galaxy tab.

Well I had a look at archiving the game (SystemPanel is great for this) but unfortunately the file is now 120MB in size.
