Help Windows 7 drivers for dev

someone can help me to install Huawei U8150 Ideos drivers for windows dev?

The drivers are stored on the device and accessible via the removable disk device that is mounted when you plug the device in via usb.

To make it works under Windows, modify the android_winusb.inf in the usb_driver folder of android SDK. Add the usb device id of IDEOS to the inf file so that the system will recognize the driver.

;Huawei IDEOS

%SingleAdbInterface% = USB_Install, USB\VID_12D1&PID_1038

%CompositeAdbInterface% = USB_Install, USB\VID_12D1&PID_1038&MI_01

when I connect the phone via usb and switch to debug mode, if I use "ADB devices" from shell, the result is:

List of devices attached
5C4CAxxxxx offline

- i'm under windows 7 x64
- in the system devices the phone is under Android Phone -> Android Composite ADB Interface
- the debug-mode on the phone is on

do u have any idea?
