Funny video, how fast is too fast?

A funny thing happened on my way home tonight, I was going home after taking my fiance' to work the overnight shift at a local hospital...
I had my Droid X mounted in the cardock and was recording my ride home in the middle of a blizzard, just to have a cool little video maybe to show some people that have never seen snow what it looks like. I was driving home, at what to me was a safe and reasonable speed, when I get pulled over by some Barney Fife wannabe. Now mind you, I live two miles from downtown Boston, stuff like this should only happen out in the sticks.
Anyway.... I realized that I was still recording as I drive away, so I thought that I would share it with you.

Yes I was doing 20 mph when he first saw me, I know because when I first saw him, I looked at my speedo like I always do when I see a cop, a habit that I picked up years ago.
In the video he said that I wouldn't have any control if someone pulled out in front of me, but in the long version of that video (I'll post it later) while there is traffic passing in the opposite direction, the only instance of a car attempting to pull out in front of me was this same police officer as I passed a sidestreet, however the only danger that was presented was that he was going thru a stop sign. Funnyhow that works.

At least its not like tucson where the roads are shut down if there is a chance of snow. So dumb that people can't drive here

Here is the footage leading up to me getting pulled over, you'll see at about the 43 second mark the police car drive though the stop sign.
I originally watched only the part where I got pulled over, and edited out the first half, but after watching the while video did I realize that I captured the police car breaking the law.

Like I tell everyone.....all road rules are null and void in the snow :)

As someone who has moved from a rural area to the city and back to a rural area I can tell you that city cops are by far the worst! Rural cops have to see you in church and at the local coffee shop and have to deal with you when off work ;)

I only have county and city, and then every once in awhile dps which will pull you over and look around for an excuse even the smallest crack in the windshield.
