throw this phone out the window

Ok today i just wanted to throw my behold2 out the window.

i have gotten used to or just deal with or pretend the behold2's "issuse" are not there, we all know what they are...see; random reboots, stuck vibrating, battery, ect.

but today sending my holiday mass text message i wanted to curl up on the floor and cry. besides having the messaging app force close for anything i tried. I HAD TO SEND 27 TEXTS ONE BY ONE SEPERATELY THAT SAID THE SAME THING.
thats not the worst thing i found in contacts that one of my cotacts under "A" will not open and force closes any time i try. i deleted it and had to re-enter the ALL the details again for that contact. IT STILL FORCE CLOSES.

If it wasnt christmas i would be all over a tmobile rep letting my freedom of speech run wild.

I dont know why the app force closes, but the message app does allow to send to multiple people. Also there is probably something wrong with that contact and so you should probably re-enter it.

Though you could be one of the select few who got a bad device, I know I did(random reboots, hard crashes). My replacement is in the mail.

i re-entered thae contact again (third time) Now i can call but if i add it to a txt it crashes.
will call tmobile this week about it let ya know if its a bad unit (heehehehe unit)

question i hard reset my phone the second day i got it cant remember how to do it again volume down+call+end/Power?

i remember losing all the apps i downloaded and having to search for them again. Any ideas on how not to go through that again?

You can do a hard reset in the settings menu.

You can also use Astro file manager to backup apps to the sdcard. Also any apps you download, after the hard reset will show up in the Market:My Downloads list. You could use that to redownload them but I think Astro would be better as that would save the program cache(I think).

i always forget about astro cause the behold has a stock file mgr.

the my download thing in the market didnt work for me thi first hard reset. i had nothing in there and had to search the market all over again.

I said the same thing to a TMo rep the other day on the phone and he said then I wouldnt be able to return it for a better phone. ROFL.
