Hard case for Motorola Bravo?

I've been looking in vain for a hard case for my new Bravo. Everything I've found protects the BACK but leaves the FRONT (the touchscreen) unprotected. I'm looking for something similar to this hard iPad case. I don't care if it's metal or plastic, as long as it looks good and protects the ENTIRE phone. I'm not looking for screen protectors, i.e., film-like covers, that let you use the screen through them. I'm looking for a hard case to carry the phone in so the screen won't get scratched/damaged.

I almost ordered this last night, Amazon.com: OTTERBOX MOT2-BRAVO-20-E4OTR Defender Case for Motorola Bravo: Cell Phones & Accessories but I just wasn't sure about it. Many, if not most, of the images I've found for Bravo cases LOOK like you're getting two separate pieces that enclose the entire device, when in fact you're not. I even read the description but really couldn't tell for sure.

I looked at this one, too, Amazon.com: OTTERBOX MOT4-BRAVO-20-E4OTR Commuter Case for Motorola Bravo: Cell Phones & Accessories but fled when I got to "Self-adhering clear protective film...1-piece custom molded polycarbonate shell"

I purchased this case and it is terrfic. Covers the whole phone. Not sure what "self-adhering clear protective film" is about. A friend bought a new iphone and put the Defender case on it and dropped the phone, on purpose, to show me how well this case protected. All is well and I was impressed. Phone was dropped from a standing height.Clear cover on the face of the phone. Had the case a couple weeks and no issues. Call Otterbox with questions. The staff is polite and really knows their product.

Thanks for the info. I've been surprised at how difficult it's been finding a hard case that encloses the entire phone! Seems like such a no-brainer. Especially when they're so easy to find for other phones.

I'm not a clumsy person...but I have a rambunctious Great Dane glued to my side 24 hours a day...and things go FLYING unintentionally. So a truly protective case will come in handy for those situations, plus I want to protect the screen from scratches when it's in my purse.

Thanks again. You've definitely helped! :)

So you get it! :D

It's been two years since my last Great Dane died, and in the interim I dealt with not only terrible sadness at losing him but also finding out I had a brain tumor and had to have a craniotomy to remove it. In December, I FINALLY decided I felt up to adopting a new dog, both physically and emotionally, so off I went to Gentle Giants Rescue. My new "little" boy was just over a year old when I got him. He's wonderful...but going from my SUPER laid back last Dane to an energetic puppy...it's been quite an adjustment! Just yesterday he whacked a garden statue with his tail...and it's now in multiple pieces. :(

I also reside with a Schipperke and a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd and three cats. The Greyhound is the largest and the other two dogs do not have tails.
