Help How do you transfer photos from PC to Desire??

I cant seem to transfer photos from my PC to my phone, am I being dense - I am sure it should be easy. Whats the best way to do it.

Isnt this how to get the photos from phone to pc?? I want to get photos from my pc onto my phone.

Plug your phone into the computer as a disk drive only. Right Click on your photos you want to move to your phone and then send to drive

ok i am having lotsa issues with this too.

i run windows 7, windows mobile does not recognise the desire as suggested above.
also how do i make my desire look like just a storage device as suggested, i think this is the answer to transfer pics back and forth but just how

please please help.

i love this phone but this giving me the @$^$@^$

oh sorry
i think jsut put them on any new folder on the memory card
then when you go to gallery you will see
Camera shots
All photos
<Name of new folder with your pics>

it may take some time for it to recognise you filder so possibly restart the phone after creating a new folder and adding an image

SD Rescan app will pick up anything new without having to reboot

I was looking for the same thing; after you plug in your phone choose the Disk Drive option. Then go to Computer and open the drive and you should see HTCSync_x.x.x.x.exe
Run that and it installs the necassary software so you can sync up music, pics etc.

Bluetooth also works if you can't be bothered to find a cable (and if your computer has BT).

I just use drop box to send pics and stuff to my phone (and back again)...more easier for me I guess..

I just upload the photos to imgur and then open them in the app on my phone and download them from there. Easy as.
