Help How to change lockscreen?

Hello all Ive been lurking on this site for a couple days now and I have a question. How do I change the default screen lock on my Hero. I see the wallpaper on my memory card named htc_wallpaper_01. However when I went to a graphic site I downloaded the picture I wanted to use and then I changed the name to htc_wallpaper_01 yet my default lock screen wallpaper doesnt change. Do anybody have any suggestions..

If it's the same as the GSM hero then when on the home screen press:

Menu > Wallpaper > Lock Screen.

You can then select any picture in your albums.

I want to use the standard wallpaper choices for the lockscreen.. It's using the original Blue one now, but when I go in to change it to match the 6-7 home screens, it only displays photos I've taken..

Menu > Settings > Personalize > Lockscreen Wallpaper

Thats strange because mine takes me to a screen where I can select an album.

I actually have the same problem. I changed my lockscreen to a photo off my SD card. Now I want to change it backto one of the stock photos, but when I click on Personalize-Locksreen, the only options I get are pictures that I've taken.

Anyway.... To keep your created or downloaded Wallpapers separate you really want to create a directory on the SD card

On my phone I have created

E:\Wallpaper and E:\Wallpaper\LockScreen
note E:\ is the drive your PC assigns when your phone is connected

I found "LSmemo" at the market. It allows you to change your lock screen image.not the home page image.it also allows you to enter short text memos to the lock screen.it is a little difficult to set up because it has so many features but it works great.....i use it on my newly flashed samsung fascinate that I run with the PowerWashed Gingerbread Beta version 3.0 ROM. Once set up and viewing the lock screen just hit the menu key to add text to the lock screen and change lock screen image. That way you can have"this phone belongs to"text right there on your lock screen.
