What apps have slowed your phone down?

Hmmm. I'm running Swype, but I don't seem to be having trouble with it.
I have LOTS of apps (130+) but I think I started having trouble when I installed Home++. I love that app, but it gets flaky on me and prompts me to decide to wait for it to do it's thing or to shut it down.
I figured I was taxing it out pretty good, so i stuck with kit for a while.
I then downloaded App Organizer, and they don't seem to play nice together. Home++ fcs got more frequent, and App Organizer was doing forced closes, too. Before sorting any of it out, I loaded My Lock, and froze my phone several times.

So, I think that application organization apps conflict a bit, and so do screen organizing apps. But I dunno.

Home++ - I have tried it 3 different times, and it goes flaky n about 2 days flat.
VoiceRecorder (if I keep removing it using ATK, my phone works fine 0 but if I forget, sooner or later it FCs without me ever having run it - and the one time I tried to run it it FC'd really really quickly.
SportsTap - will FC only when games I really want to pay attention to are on - otherwise seems to do OK.
Google Sports about the same thing, with the added misfortune of not updating the widget unless I specifically run the program first - a PITA to realize that my favorite NBA was winning at the half b/c I forgot the game was on....

I'll keep this subscribed to I can add to the list as I remember more apps that have caused issues / slow-downs on my DROID.

I love Advanced Task Killer ... It helps me keep my Droid speedy. I open it a couple of times a day and kill the tasks that are hanging around or that have popped up on their own without me ever opening them. It usually brings me back to about 90 MB of free RAM. Everything always runs great!

I BELIEVE the antivirus app just tanked my phone. It had an update yesterday and after that the phone was sooooo slow, everything force closing.. normally the display eats my battery most after a days use, but after 2 hrs the battery was at 40% and I could barely even make a call! The top usage was the android system, and antivirus just after that . Got me thinkin to look at market ( it FINALLY was able to open!) And MANY comments reporting the same thing.. I uninstalled and now I am able to use phone again..I first uninstalled home++ but that didn't make a difference. Not sure I'm gonna reinstall that tho, I like the hidden noti bar, but I have read about some slowing down with that too.. hope to hear more replies about that..

I would like to remove DxTop but honestly I cannot live without the five icon bar at the bottom of the screen. Google should compress the 4x4 grid up a bit allowing for a common area at the bottom of the screen for important shortcuts. It would make the home pages more proportional when in landscape mode as well.
