after my 2nd hero, on orange, the 2nd 1 is having the same problems, com.android.phone has encountered problems - force close, constant dropping signals, phone not ringing, very poor battery, i was just inside my 28days, so decided to cancel, they offered a 3rd handset... but lost the faith.... gutted really liked the hero, may look at the next gen see if that works out a little better for me.... in the mean time i have a smokey gell case if any1 wants it, only a few weeks old
