Missing Contacts

As I received a phone call this evening I noticed that their name did not come up on my Droid. I know that they were listed in my contacts so I looked them up and to my suprise they were gone. As I looked around I found that ALL my Starred "favorite" contacts were missing. I checked online at the Google website and found the same names missing from my contact list. It was only the Starred names thet were missing. Has anyone else ran into this problem or know why it may have ate my Starred contacts.

Often when I receive a call the number comes up w/o the name and picture up. But it eventually comes through. That's the only issue I've had, and it's not that big a deal. As no one has said anything on here, you may want to talk to a tech person.

I have this issue as well.. the phone lags for a few with just the contact's number, then their name finally shows. Sorry, can't help the OP though, I've never had that issue.
