Screen Grabbing App for NON rooted HERO

Can anyone identify an app for screen grabbing on a NON rooted phone ?? is this possible ???

Open Home has it built-in, however not free.

download the android sdk to your computer and in the tools folder their is a file called DDMS.BAT that will take screen shots for free but you must use your comp

clock is from beautiful widgets unless you mean the lock screen clock then that was made by NOJ on xda
download the sdk from here
Android SDK | Android Developers

open it up and find the tools folder in that folder you will find a file called ddms.bat(DALVIK DEBUG MONITOR SYSTEM)
plug your phone into the usb port on comp (but do not mount the sd card)
open the ddms.bat file
you should see your phone listed click on it then press f2
