Help Need to reset!

You need to stop assuming stuff, I work at a Sprint store, Im trying to help out a customer, so I would really appreciate it if you mind your business if your not going to be any help.

Really, you work in a sprint store and nobody knows how to restore a phone to a working state?

The sad part is, after talking to sprint techs, I almost believe you, but I'll stand with my original statement.

I dont undestand why you even bother to write back here if your not being any help.

That little comment you made about Sprint techs is really childish, I've called our tech support and I know a lot of people arent properly trained. That gives you no right to assume anything. I know what Im capable of and I will also tell you I dont know everything, I help out a lot of people on a daily bassis and do my best too, I went out of my way to help someone out and Im going to ask you real kindly to respect that. Maybe you should try to act hard in real life and not online.

It's ok, I figured it out. I dont think you should go around assuming everyone is a thief, but then again I dont blame you.

And trust me, they dont train us on stuff like this, Ive been a Sprint tech for years and all I know I've had to figure out on my own, the Kyocera hotline is no help and the people on Tech support arent too familiar with these things since they dont deal with them physically.
